Goal of the activity

The approach of considering individual projects will soon reach its limits when controlling resources. During this workshop you will be provided with practical and field-proven concepts and approaches for efficient multi-project management.With the help of concrete examples and case studies you will gain valuable knowledge from the experiences of other participants and instructors about the possibilities and limits of multi-project controlling in practical use.
