Goal of the activity

The goal of this activity is to obtain more information about principles of ITIL V3, it’s advantages for the company and differences between ITIL V2 and V3. Participants will be ready to pass the exam that leads to ITIL „Foundation Bridging Certificate in ITSM“ certification exam.
