Goal of the activity

Participants will use human resources effectively for progress at your company. They will obtain new knowledge about modern processes in operating HR and develop their abilities in specific areas of personnel work: recruitment and selection of the new employes, prevention of fluctuation, motivation of employes to aim the goals of company. Participants will work out their own plan of upgrading personnel work at their company.
