Goal of the activity

Learn about principles of adult education and training. Learn how to analyze the training needs, state the training objectives, curriculum and training plan. Acquire the techniques of how to lead the training session and master the necessary presentation skills of a trainer. Acquire the communication skills and the skills needed to solve any problem situations. Learn to use the audio-visual aids in a proper and effective manner.
